Thanks for taking the time to apply to live in a Parkstone Community! We appreciate your interest, and we look forward to working with you. Below are five steps to help make the application process as smooth as possible.

The Application Process

The application can be found by clicking “Apply Now” on the top right of the website navigation, or click here to get started.

1. Create An Account

You will be directed to create an account with the rental management software. Fill out your information, and an email will be sent to you with the next steps to complete the application (be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t receive an email in your inbox). Once you receive the email, click on “Finalize,” which will allow you to create a password to log in.

2. Select Property

Once you create an account, you can then select the property and unit that you are applying to. If you do not remember the unit number, you can also select any unit and click “next”. Once you are done with the application please reach out to the property manager and they can assign the application to the correct unit.

3. Begin Your Application

You will then be directed to the Application that needs to be filled out. Your application will not be processed until your ID, Income, and Rent History have been verified. Gather your ID, Proof of Income & Rent receipts before you begin. If you don’t have these documents, you can link your bank account to show your income and rental history. The bank option saves you time. Complete the following sections:

  • Personal Information
  • Verify ID, Income, and Rent History. (Click here for more information)

4. Start Verification Process

Click the “Start Verification” step to complete the verification process.  This will take you to a 3rd party website that needs to be fully completed. Once you complete this section, you will be directed back to the main application site, and the verification code will automatically be loaded.

You will need a copy of a government-issued ID, two months of pay stubs, and proof of previous rental payments. Upload your documents one at a time. You’ll also need to provide information on the following, if applicable:

  • Other Occupants
  • Your Pets
  • An Emergency Contact

5. Submit and Pay Application Fee

Once you complete the application page, you will be directed to the payment page. You must pay the $40 application fee before the application is considered complete. WE WILL NOT receive your application to begin processing it until you have paid the application fee.

Documents Needed:

  • Government-Issued ID
  • 2 months of pay stubs
  • Proof of Rental Payments (Three Options)
    • Provide a receipt for the last two rental payments.
    • Provide the most recent 30-day bank statement.
    • Provide a transaction history from the previous landlord.

General Information:

  • The application fee is $40 per person.
  • Everyone over the age of 18 must submit their own application.
